What is Call Tag / Will Call?

Will Call refers to the practice of picking up items from our warehouse instead of having them dispatched normally.

Examples might include:

Local pickups, where your customer picks up their order from our warehouse instead of it being shipped to them.

Carrier damage claims, such as when UPS comes to pick up damaged shipments.

So what is a Call Tag?

A call tag is a document or ticket that authorizes the release of goods. The person picking up the shipment shows the call tag to our warehouse crew so our team knows which shipment to give them.
